The overall quality, in terms of content, delivery and relevance was up to par. However, in my view, the session on IELTS speaking course needs to be such that, the participants can practice demo tests among themselves, or individually with an expert.

The facilities can be termed fine. Nevertheless, I would like to point that often technical issues arise when connecting devices with the digital board. CRAs can be trained to troubleshoot such issues efficiently.
